My name is Rose Burdine. I am the proud mom of two awesome boys that are both students at St. Paul School. I have been a part of St. Paul Church and School for as long as I can remember. I was baptized into St. Paul Church, and attended SPS from pre-school to eighth grade. I feel like I grew up in the school’s hallways, and running the ramps at the church as a child. My family and I are still members of St. Paul Parish.
The 2017-2018 academic year will begin my seventh year of employment at St. Paul School. I began my career at SPS as a teacher’s aide. After completing my bachelor’s degree at Wheeling Jesuit University, I took on the Reading Specialist position.
SPS feels like a second home to me! When I was looking for employment in education I knew there is no other place I’d rather teach! Working with these students is a blessing; most days I believe they are teaching me valuable lessons too! I am excited to see what the upcoming school year has in store!
