Mrs. KrainaPre K-3 Teacher
Hi, I am Kaitlin Kraina or as the kids know me, Miss Kaitlin. I have been teaching here at St. Paul’s for almost 5 years, but have been a part of the St. Paul family for many more. Both of my children have gone through these hallways as well as many other family members!

My son who is now at Madonna attended Pre3 – 6th Grade here and my daughter is still a student here. I have been married to my husband Joe for 15 years.

I attended Fairmont State University where I received my Associates Degree in Early Childhood. I spent my hours observing and student teaching in their on campus preschool program as well as Head Start and Day Care Centers. I then went on to West Virginia University to gain my Bachelors of Science in Child Development and Family Studies.

My favorite thing about being a preschool teacher is watching the kids grow and learn new things throughout the year! I believe children learn best through play and messy play is one of my favorite things to do in the classroom.

It appears I am a Catholic School student through and through! I attended St. Thomas Aquinas Grade School and CCHS High School in Steubenville before earning my Bachelors Degree at Waynesburg University. Now, I find myself back in the halls of a Catholic School as a teacher. I’m in my third year of Pre-3 and second year of STEM- and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this school family.
