In gym class, students participate in a variety of activities, such as playing sports, using equipment, or doing stretching exercises. Students are learning how to be a good teammate, how to work together in small/big groups, and how to communicate to each other in a meaningful way.

During gym class at we go to the Weirton Community Center to play numerous games on the court, we participate in the Daily Mile Day USA to promote heart health and mental health to kids, we have yoga class a few times during the year, and many other opportunities for the students to be the best and healthiest versions of themselves!
