St. Paul School went up against St. Joseph the Worker School in a “Battle of the Saints” to see which school could collect the most items measured in weight for the Community Bread Basket. The competition went from February 14th to March 14th. Non-perishable items were collected during that time. St. Paul School was able to bring in a total of 4116 pounds worth of essential items while St. Joseph the Worker School had a total of 2606 pounds. Both schools did a tremendous job of helping stock the Community Bread Basket, who gives assistance to Hancock and Brooke County residents.
